Eir Nursins Home, Grafarvogur and Mosfellsbær

The project involves the design of 37 assisted living apartments and a nursing home beside Eirarhús and 39 apartments by Eirhamra, a total of 7,800 m2. The building is designed in 3D with BIM methodology.

VSO is responsible for:

• Structural design.
• HVAC systems design.
• Electrical systems and lighting design.
• Project management.
• Supervision of constructions.

Project period: 1999-2001 and 2004-2006.
