Sundet Assisted Living, Eidsvoll municipality

The project involves the design of a 7.500 m² building on 8 floors with 48 apartments with assisted living. The building is designed with large common areas that are connected to the apartments. On the ground floor is a day centre, gymnasium, leisure room, therapy, along with a café/canteen for the residents and visitors.

The landscape designed included outdoor area for outdoor activities, physical training as well as bicycle parking and access area to parking garage. A rooftop garden was also designed with multiple purpose in mind.

VSO is responsible for:

• Landscape design.
• Geotechnical design.
