The project involves the construction of a new shopping centre for large stores by Korputorg. The building itself is 40,000 m2 and the property is 118,519 m2.

VSO is responsible for:

• Construction and project management.
• Project supervision and control.
• Health and safety management
• Assistance with design supervision during project period.

Project period: 2005-2011.
