Project supervision

The monitoring of construction projects entails taking care that a project is performed according to the project agreement. A project is not completed until a final evaluation has been done, and confirmation in this regard is issued by a monitoring party.

VSO Consulting encourages contractors to maintain rigorous, internal monitoring and emphasizes that they lay out the monitoring system employed in detail, in respect of both their own production and suppliers. Heavy emphasis is laid on preventive monitoring and value engineering, wherein each task is thoroughly analyzed before starting it. At the completion of the project, a statement on it is prepared. It details the progress of the project and reports the results with respect to the project specification and quality requirements. Also, a comparison is made of the actual cost and the original cost plans, and explanations are given if there are discrepancies.
