Project management

Project Management entails leading a defined project toward set goals. This applies to structures, improvements in the field of manufacture and constructions or the choice of technical equipment, to cite a few examples.

Project management is systematic procedure starting with a project plan. Therein, consideration is given to the environment, participants, deadlines, goals and other factors that can an effect a project. Work procedures are based on quality management. The characteristics of good project management are that the right parties contribute knowledge at the right time. The distribution of information and recording of the project's progress are important aspects of project management.

The project normally concludes with a report discussing how well the project succeeded, based on the Buyer's original goals regarding time, cost and results.
